    PLANNING COMMISSION

    SPECIAL NOTE: As of Tuesday, February 10th, the City Council will serve as the Planning Commission for the City of Oakley. Planning Commission agenda items will be addressed during the regularly scheduled joint Council Meetings held the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 6:30 pm in the Council Chambers.

    Planning addresses matters including Land Use and Zoning issues, Land Use Permits, Variances, and Design Review. The City Council will review and makes recommendations for Development Plans submitted by the City’s Planning Division and is also responsible for the annual General Plan and Specific Plan Reviews.
