    Need a charming place for a party, or a location for a meeting?  Your answer is the City of Oakley's White House Community Annex.

    The City of Oakley is proud to offer the "White House" as the choice for your next gathering.  This unique colonial style building, constructed in 1905, is a very charming venue.  Located in the heart of downtown, the facility offers an intimate setting and accommodates groups of up to 75 people.

    The next time you are thinking of hosting a club meeting, baby shower, small reception or social, or even a scrapbook get together, think of the White House, conveniently located at 204 Second Street in Oakley.

    The house is available for residents, non-profits, schools and service organizations.  Let us know if you need any special accommodations.

    Occupancy:

    • 75 people with theatre style seating (no tables)
    • 55 people with tables and chairs

    Amenities:

    • Open area to accommodate a meeting or social gathering
    • Kitchen/Staging Area
    • Sink and Refrigerator Available
    • Regular tables and chairs available
    • Affordable Rental Fee
