The City of Oakley is proud to announce the release of the
Child Care Facilities Fee Grant.

The primary goal, among other, of the grant is to:

• Provide additional child care opportunities to meet the needs created by area growth and developement
• To assist and encourage the development of adequate, affordable childcare throughout the Oakley community

Following please find general information regarding the grant release:

• Availability of Funds - Fiscal Year 2008/2009 available funds are $853,647.
• Submittal Requirements - all applicants must submit one unstapled, original proposal
• Deadline - Completed applications must be received at City Hall, 3231 Main Street, Oakley  CA 94561 by no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 2, 2008. Hand-delivery of the proposals is strongly encouraged as is early submissions.
• Submit the Application to: Barbara mason, Redevelopment and Economic Development Director
